Our first stop was this meeting room, where we were greeted by Jeff Heckman, director of support services. The room overlooks Eastman School of Music.

From the sales and marketing area of SWBR, one can get an inspirational view through the windows overlooking the courtyard below.

3D Imaging design area

SWBR Architects occupies the fourth and fifth floors of Eastman Place. The main lobby is located on the top floor with boards displaying finished projects in the reception area. Moving through the hallways, display cabinets and walls house the firm’s awards.

Jeff Dillion of Monroe BOCES 1 takes notes during this stop as Greg Hale shows the group one set of blue prints bound together with immaculate detail.

Fabric swatches, tile swatches, and other materials are selected and tested for durability by the interior design team. Here, Cathy Dobrowosky shows a group various stages of projects, including the new showroom at Dorschel Volkswagon (click on the arrow above the table).

The courtyard outside of Eastman Place is a park-like setting across the street from the Eastman School of Music.
