Welcome to our third annual Open House. The annual event drew more than 200 members and “future members” of the Rochester Business Alliance, who came to learn more about our variety of services as well as network with our staff and each other.

Our staff greeted guests as they poured into our main lobby, eager to walk through and find out what’s new at the RBA. One new item was the large poster displaying our Partner Members in the lobby, which will be proudly displayed at all networking events.
From 4-6 p.m., guests gathered in the Eastman Room to grab a seat, refreshments, and conversation with other members and guests.
Our six affiliated groups (Greater Rochester Quality Council, The Small business Council of Rochester, The Rochester Black Business Association, Rochester Hispanic Business Association, Transportation Council, and Women’s Council) filled a corridor with information on membership, events, and recognition awards.
Another popular gathering place was the media room, located on the opposite side of the building from the Eastman Room. Towards the end of the event, the refreshment rooms were still buzzing with conversation among our guests.
The membership table was choc-full of Health Insurance-related information, membership benefits, members-only event information, and more. Our membership team is constantly looking for ways that members can get the most out of their membership, whether it be discounted services, advertising opportunities, exclusive Meet the Top 100 tours, or Health Insurance.
Another facet of the Rochester Business Alliance is the Public Policy and Advocacy department, which works on initiatives such as Unshackle Upstate, Rochester Community Coalition, and the Political Action Committee. We are working hard so you and your business find it affordable and reasonable to stay in Upstate New York!

There are many services that Staffing Solutions offers, from recruitment, to payroll services, professional placement, and exit interviews – our staff was happy to answer any questions fielded by guests who passed by.
